Each year, our Misfit Entrepreneur guests ends each episode by giving their Misfit 3, the 3 most important pieces of wisdom they want you to take and put into your life and your business.

An each year, at the end of the year, I go through and pick the 25 "best of the best" to share with you.  My hope if that you can use this incredible wisdom and advice to help you get off to a great start in the New Year.  

Here are the Misfit Entrepreneur Misfit 3 Top 25!

1. Vision without execution is hallucination.  What do you need to do today to execute and get a step closer?
2. Don’t be fooled by the dominant narrative.  There are always other ways to succeed.
3. Every time you interact with anyone for any reason in your life, you need to make them better off for interacting with you.
4. You don’t need to be the most gifted or talented to succeed.  You need a will, desire, and faith in yourself.
5. Go back to why you do what you do whenever you are frustrated.  You’re here for a reason.  You’re doing what you do for a reason.
6. Work with small numbers.  500 people at $167/mo is a million-dollar business.
7. When it comes to facing a hard choice, ask yourself this question, “If you will be successful no matter which decision you make, which one will you choose?”  That will give you your answer. 
8. Don’t rely on the word “luck.”  Luck is the result of your hard work and innovation.  
9. Nothing lasts forever.  Past performance doesn’t indicate future results.  Don’t rest on your laurels.
10. Be yourself because everyone else is already taken. 
11. Don’t be a hoarder.  Share your gifts, skills, talents, and ideas.  Put them into the world.  The more you hoard the less you have.  
12. Don’t argue for your limitations.  Stop giving all the reasons you cannot do something.  Argue for what you can do something.  Argue for your liberation.
13. Clarify your future self.  Clarity creates motivation.
14. RPM in the morning.  Read, Pray, Meditate.  Your morning routine is critical.
15. Treat your body as the most important organization you are responsible for.  Just like you constantly watch your business and take care of it – you should do the same for your body.
16. Problem.  Solving problems is the most valuable thing that anyone wants.  When someone has a problem, it brings them and you great joy to solve it for them.  And the more problems you can solve for more people, the bigger your business.
17. Meaning and purpose can come out of the darkest moments.  Be grateful because these moments are a big reveal  for us.
18. Read and consume quality information.  It makes you better and smarter.  The average CEO reads 60 books per year.
19. Few things truly matter in business or life.  But, those that do, matter tremendously.  Relentlessly focus on those   things.
20. You can make a decision today and have a different life tomorrow.  It doesn’t happen overnight, but changes start to happen and the dream happens faster than you think.
21. The biggest dream, you’ve ever had in your life is alive in you and well.  The big scary dreams are real and hell is standing before your maker understanding what you could have done if you had gone after the dream that was inside of you.  The question is not “can we,” but “will we.”
22. Find that one person that will be your rock in your life.
23. Quit caring about what anyone else thinks.  The best, most successful people pursue their truth and don’t let people get in their head.
24. You are going to make a difference.  Only you can make your difference for your business, your personal life, and those around you.  It is only through your actions that you can do this.
25. Always listen to your first witness, follow your gut.  ​
