Hey Misfit Entrepreneurs!

Welcome to this special episode of the Misfit Entrepreneur. I recently took some time off and did an Ironman race in Hawaii as well as spent time there with family to recharge and get some R&R. I promised myself that I would set aside work as much as I could while I was there and focus in on having a good time and digging into a number of books I’ve had on my stack. But rest assured, we’ll be caught up on episodes over the next few weeks. 

​I spent a lot of time reading some of my favorite fiction spy novels by others like Jack Slater, James Rollins, and Saul Herzog. But I also spent a good amount of time digging in on 2 books on health and how to optimize all areas of yourself to increase your quality of life. Those 2 books are Life Force by Tony Robbins and Why We Sleep by Mathew Walker and I want share some of the best health hacks I took for maximizing your potential and success in this episode.
